Mini Trangia Bread (Short recipe)


Wheat flour 250 ml (1 cup)

Oat meal 100 ml (3.5 fl oz)

Sugar 1 tbs

salt 1 ts

Dry yeast 10 g  (1/3 oz)

Milk powder 25 g  (1 oz)

Water 150 ml (5 fl oz)

Butter/oil 20 g (3/4 oz)



Heat water to +42 C (107 F)

Mix with sugar, milk powder, salt, and dry yeast.

Mix with the rest of the ingredients in a ziplock bag.

Place into a warm place for 1 to 4 hours.

Squeeze a piece of dough onto the pan and flatten it to a 1-2 cm (1/2-1 inch)  thick cake.

Fry both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
