Rice pudding (Short recipe)


Short grain rice     100 ml (3.5 fl oz)

Oil                                   30 ml (1 oz)

Milk powder            100 ml (3.5 fl oz)

Salt                                1/2 tsp

Water                          600 ml  (2.5 cups)



Pour the rice, oil, and 100 ml (3.5 fl oz) of water into the pot

Boil for 2 minutes (stirring all the time)

Mix the milk powder and the remaining water, and add them to the pot

Cook on water bath for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add salt, and mix
