Frozen potatoes

1. Choose a bag of frozen pre-steamed thin strips of potatoes.

2. Spread the frozen potato strips onto the mesh of the dehydrator.

3. Dehydrate for 6-9 hours (or until potatoes are cracker dry) at 40-50 C (110-120 F).

4. Store the potatoes in ziploc bags, protected from light and moisture.
