Cottage stew (Short recipe)


Butter/oil                                      30 g (1 oz)

Potatoes (dehydrated)        50 g  (1.5 to 2 oz)

Carrots (dehydrated)            30 g (1 oz)

Onions (dehydrated)             20 g (3/4 oz)

Ground beef (dehydrated) 100 g  (3 oz)

Maggi beef bouillon cube         1

Black pepper                                1 tsp

Garlic (dehydrated)                  3 g  (1/8 oz)

Processed cheese                       2 tbsp


Pour some 500 ml (17 fl oz) of hot water on to the dehydrated stuff and the black pepper.

Let rehydrate for 10-45 minutes.

Add the beef bouillon cube.

Place the pot onto the stove.

Add Oil.

Simmer till the veggies are soft and the excess liquid has evaporated (25 min)

Add the processed cheese (or sour cream etc.).
